Our learning model encourages integrated, action-focused learning. Face-to-face learning is facilitated by our team of specialist consultants. All of our programmes are tailored to the needs of our clients.
We have pioneered a successful 'match funding' approach to public service leadership and management development, helping more local authorities benefit from our approach. Our programmes have a real impact. In total, 99.9% of our participants are satisfied with their training, with 96% rating it good, very good or excellent.
To ensure our programmes have this impact, we use a thorough process of evaluation.
