Services for Young People
We are the largest provider of leadership and management development for services for young people in England. Since 2001, we have delivered programmes to over 6,000 staff from these services, in both the public and voluntary sectors.

The Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC), on behalf of the Children's Workforce Network, has contracted a consortium led by FPM to design, develop and deliver a new range of leadership and management development programmes which will build the capacities of managers to deliver effective, integrated services for young people
