FPM Training is the market-leader in the majority of the sectors we work in
Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL)
We have won annual commissions from CEL since 2005 to deliver workforce development programmes in the Adult and Community Learning sector.
To facilitate this funding, we pioneered a unique 'match-funding' approach which has enabled record numbers of managers to benefit from this training. Since 2005, over 1,500 ACL managers have been trained on CEL-funded FPM Training programmes, delivered in partnership with NIACE.
In 2008-09 CEL is continuing to fund the industry standard Managing Better and Leading Adult Learning programmes as well as a new range of Hot Topic seminars.
