Since 2001, we have researched, developed, delivered and evaluated over 22,000 wholly contextualised training days to over 9,000 managers and staff. These programmes have been proven to have an individual, organisational and sectoral impact.

99.9% of participants on our programmes are satisfied with their experience and 96% rate it as good, very good or excellent. This experience has a positive impact on the way they manage and lead.

92% of our clients return to us for further development. The learning which takes place on our intensive in-house programmes is tailored to meet the needs of the organisation. This means that is has an impact on the organisation as a whole, as well as the individual participants.
